I confirm the order details and accept the terms and conditions of sale and return and exchange policy.
By ticking the confirmation and acceptance box, I am confirming and accepting that:
a.The details of the order above are correct
b.The colours in the image that you see on your screen is only indicative of how the image will print and that we cannot guarantee that the colours on the actual print will exactly be the same as the one being displayed on your screen
c.Canvas and Photo or Fine Art papers are actual media, which differ from a computer monitor, in that they result to images that will be slightly DULLER and LESS SATURATED
d.Some pixels near the edges may wrap slightly onto the sides for stretched canvas orders
e.The image to be printed does not violate any copyright or other laws
f.You accept the terms and conditions of sale and return and exchange policy
Return and Replacement Policy
Customer satisfaction is our top priority and we make sure that prints thoroughly undergo quality control prior to dispatch.
We offer return and exchange of products at certain situations. We have the sole discretion to give you a refund. Please find below the terms and conditions of our return and exchange and policy.
A product CAN be returned and replaced if:
a.The products are damaged when received due to mishandling by the courier. In this case, the customer must notify Deluxe Art Prints within 24 hours upon delivery of the damaged products. The damaged products must also be returned to Deluxe Art Prints within 2 days after receiving them for inspection before replacements can be provided. All damaged products and packaging will need to be retained for our courier’s insurance requirements.
b.Products have manufacturing defects. The customer must notify Deluxe Art Prints within 24 hours upon delivery of the products with defects. The products with defects must also be returned to Deluxe Art Prints within 2 days after receiving them for inspection before replacements can be provided.
c.The image is incorrect. We have sent you an incorrect image from what you uploaded and ordered. The customer must notify Deluxe Art Prints within 24 hours upon delivery of the product with image different from what you uploaded and ordered. The product with image different from what you uploaded and ordered must also be returned to Deluxe Art Prints within 2 days after receiving it for inspection before replacements can be provided.
A product CANNOT be returned and replaced if:
a.You just simply changed your mind.
b.The products are damaged after they have been delivered.
c.The products are damaged due to unfavourable environmental conditions such as moisture, direct sunlight or rainfall.
d.Incorrect file has been uploaded and there are discrepancies in the size and other printing information requirements due to customer error.
e.There are smudges or dust spots on the prints.
f.The product has been delivered late.
g.If we sold you a product on discount due to faults that you were initially made aware of and the reason for the discount was the fault or damage.
Prices and Payment Terms
All prices quoted are Goods and Service Tax (GST) inclusive @ 10%. All prices, specifications, availability and terms of offers are subject to change without prior notice. Full payment is required before production of your order starts. Production of your order will commence once payment is confirmed and cleared.
No order will be produced and delivered without full payment being made.
Colour Matching Terms
a.Deluxe Art Prints does not take any responsibility for differences in colour tones or hues than expected.
b.The colours in the image that you see on your computer monitor is only indicative of how the image will print and that we cannot guarantee that the colours on the actual print will exactly be the same as the one being displayed on your computer monitor.

Colours will vary from one computer monitor to another. Deluxe Art Prints is highly determined to produce "accurate" colours every time. We use Adobe RGB (1998) colour space. Our monitors and printers are calibrated on a regular basis to maintain accurate colours.
Deluxe Art Prints strictly abides by Australian Copyright Law in that the copyright of images belongs to the photographer of that image. We will not print an image if we suspect that you are not the rightful copyright owner of the image.
File images uploaded to our system will be securely stored and we will not reproduce, sell, or otherwise distribute any of your images without your express permission.
All content and images in the Deluxe Art Prints website are covered under Australian Copyright Law and must not be copied or used without our permission.
Deluxe Art Prints respects your privacy and recognises your right to protection of all the personal information you provide us. The information that you provided us will be used to process your order and ascertain customer satisfaction in relation to the specific product you ordered. We may release appropriate information to third parties such as courier companies to assist with the fulfilment of your order. We guarantee that we will not sell or exchange any personal information collected from you.
